Do you provide International delivery?
Yes, we provide worldwide shipping with minimal postage fee. Free shipping within Malaysia.
How do I return an item?
Contact us immediately if you received the wrong items or any defect items.
What is your returns policy?
Items purchased must be returned within 60 days of purchase. You must have an original receipt or packing slip to complete your return. Items must be unused and unwashed. Custom products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations.

What are your delivery options?
We are only using normal postage by Pos Malaysia, thus we don't charge any fee within Malaysia and a very minimal posting fee for International orders. We can provide express postage but the price depends on your location. Please contact us for special delivery arrangement.
